Where are your jewellery pieces made?
Our jewellery is handcrafted in Greece by skilled artisans using traditional techniques.
Where are your bags made?
All of our bags are designed and made in Greece from natural, durable materials such as juco and cotton.
Are your products unique?
Yes, we create in small batches. Many designs are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, so availability may be limited.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. For international enquiries, please contact us at info.mythosandmuse@gmail.com.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days if they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you’ve changed your mind, return costs are your responsibility. If the product is faulty or not fit for purpose, Mythos and Muse will cover the return shipping.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another size, colour, or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via PayPal and Afterpay. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we cannot make changes to the delivery address or the items purchased.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions are essential for using the Mythos and Muse website.
To the best of our knowledge, the product information contained on the Website is deemed correct.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include GST.
All prices are only valid at the time presented on the Website.
Product descriptions and pricing may change without notification.
Stock availability is only valid at the time shown.
If for some unforeseen circumstance the ordered item isn't available, you will be notified and given the option of an alternative item, a backorder or cancellation of the order.
Items may be returned if returns criteria below is satisfied.

Mythos and Muse staff, business partners and other third parties associated with the running of the Website, accept no liability and responsibility for any loss or damage that may be caused to you or to any third party from the Website or the products sold on it.
Any comments made on our Website must not be defamatory, obscene, or illegal in any form. Action will be taken to remove any such comments.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned if the following criteria are met:

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer if the purchase was a change of mind. Return costs are the responsibility of the seller if the product is faulty or not fit for purpose.
If you would like to change an item for another size, colour, or style, you will need to return the item via our Returns Policy and make a new purchase, as exchange is not available.
If the returned item does not meet the Returns criteria, you will be notified by the Mythos and Muse Finance Team via email. Once the return item has been received, you will receive a second email confirming that the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If a faulty claim is made, a photo is required. The supplier and/or manufacturer may need to be contacted to confirm the fault. If the item is found faulty, a full refund including delivery will be issued.
Items purchased during a discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid.
Mythos and Muse Returns Policy adheres to the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Changes to your order (items or address) are not possible once placed.

You will receive an email from the courier with tracking details.

Deliveries may require a signature. If you are not available, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post for collection.

Deliveries to Parcel Lockers or Click & Collect locations are not available.
Mythos and Muse values customer service and confidence in our products. If an ordered item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil your order, you will be notified within 3 business days to arrange an alternative, backorder, or refund.
How to Return an Item

Contact us by email at info.mythosandmuse@gmail.com and tell us the reason for returning the item (wrong size, wrong colour, faulty, or did not meet expectations).

If the reason for return is incorrect size, colour, or did not meet expectations and the criteria are met, place the item in its original packaging and return it at your own shipping cost to the address provided by us.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days from purchase.

If the item is found faulty, a full refund including delivery will be issued.
